Installation Of a Residential Fire Sprinkler System

We would be glad to provide you with a free quotation for a sprinkler system. We are able to provide you with a quotation if you provide us electronic house plans in AutoCAD or DXF format by email. If you are unable to provide us blueprints on electronic media, you can fax (604 599-4319) us a reduced size blue print or call us to make arrangements to meet you.

Sprinkler System Design

If you require a fire sprinkler design we can also help. Our N.I.C.E.T. level IV technician would be glad to provide you with a sprinkler system design to NFPA 13D. We can accept blueprints by electronic media AutoCAD or DXF files. We will then complete your design as per specifications and mail hard copies out to you. We have a North American toll free number (1 800 667-5767) which can be used to discuss the details.

Single family homes up to 5000 sq. ft. (engineer review fee's not included) $295.00

We would also be pleased to give you a quote for a larger home or NFPA 13R system, please contact us for price details.

Home Fire Sprinkler Inspections

We will come to your home and do a full fire sprinkler system inspection. If your home is equipped with a backflow preventor we will do the required annual testing as required by some local municipalities. This includes a written report to you indicating all items tested or inspected and a list of any problems found. We will also let you know if your home is equipped with any of the sprinklers that have been re-called by the manufactures.

If you have any questions or concerns about your report, our technician will be pleased to answer them during or after your inspection.
