Fire Busters Inc., warrants that the goods delivered pursuant to this installation will perform to the requirements as they were intended. The goods are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of (5) five years from the date of acceptance. Within this period Fire Busters will repair or replace without charge any parts found defective due to installation defects.

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by or attributed to acts of God, misuse, abuse, improper or abnormal use, improper maintenance, or other such incidents or any repairs or alterations to the system other than those provided by Fire Busters.

Fire Busters is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or the performance of the system or for other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of or damage to property, injury, loss of life, loss of revenue or profit. Except as provided herein, Fire Busters makes no express warranties and any implied warranty of mechanical fitness or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranties set forth herein.
